Andrew has advised and represented clients ranging from multi-national corporations to local individuals in a wide range of contentious matters including commercial and company disputes, property disputes, breach of contract and negligence claims, insurance issues, leaky building claims, fair trading issues, breach of copyright claims, estate litigation, debt recovery, insolvency issues, and personal grievances. Andrew also provides advice on risk management and employment law compliance. Andrew has appeared as counsel in the Employment Relations Authority, the District Court, the High Court and the Court of Appeal.

Andrew is an Associate of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand.
