Jacqui has extensive experience in negotiation, commercial structures and financing, governance issues and interfacing with commercial, governmental and quasi-governmental organisations, asset planning and issues facing the aging.  Currently Jacqui is a Director of Wakefield Health Limited, Hastings Building Society and Hawke’s Bay United Inc and is Chairperson of the Royston Hospital Trust Board. Her previous roles include being President of the Hawke’s Bay Law Society, a Board member of the New Zealand Law Society and Chairperson of the Board of Trustees at Hastings Girls High School.

Jacqui enjoys watching sport, listening to music, embroidery, reading and good wine.
