Michelle works with Jim Ferguson and Andrew Harris.  She prepares applications and subsequent documentation for proceedings issued in the District Court, particularly in respect of debt recovery.

After nearly a decade of working in the area of intellectual property in both Wellington and Sydney, Michelle moved to Hawkes Bay in 2006 with her husband and two children.  Michelle’s interests include organising Gifford Devine’s social club events, playing netball and participating in musical theatre.
